Founding of the company with the mission of putting people at the center of design.

Collaboration with Omnitel to design systems used by Contact Center operators.

Human-machine interface design to support driving operations for ComuniCar.

Design and testing of social computing services for B2B and B2C sectors, including NLP and Social Media Management solutions.

Workplace stress assessment project for the Customer Care and Technical Departments at Telecom.

SPAC3 Project: service scenario design for citizens for the Municipalities of Milan and Bergamo.

Launch of UNAMELALGIORNO: a digital platform designed to actively engage patients and general practitioners.

Publication of the book “L'uomo e le Macchine”. written to celebrate Sebastiano Bagnara’s 70th birthday. A collection of letters written to and for Sebastiano.

Design of a mobile app for data consultation aimed at the top management of Barilla.

BSD in collaboration with the TEAM PER LA TRASFORMAZIONE DIGITALE, manages the project that redefined the website model for Italian schools.
